Nouveau festival ce week end à Tarbes avec FestiTarbes. Un festival pour découvrir les prouesses du théâtre de rue et découvrir la ville sous un autre angle. Popularisé à Aurillac ou Ramonville Saint Agne, cette forme d’expression peut être très très surprenante.
